Monarch Solutions, a U.S.-based insurance advisory serving high-net-worth individuals, manages a variety of complex workflows across its business. Among them, one stood out to them and our team, as both critical and deeply inefficient: the generation of proposals used on client calls.
 

Before automation, building a proposal could take up to an hour. Team members spent their time copying and pasting details across multiple documents, double-checking for errors, and reformatting tables. The process was time consuming, could be error-prone, ultimately holding back both growth and the client experience.
 

To address this, we deployed a custom proposal generation system directly within Monarch’s CRM. Now, team members simply upload insurance data, where an AI component analyzes it and builds it into clean, structured tables. That information is automatically placed into a polished, branded PDF. All that is completed in just a few clicks.
 

The impact has been significant. Proposal creation time has been cut in half, manual errors are reduced, and every document is delivered in a consistent format aligned with Monarch’s portfolio and brand.
 

What once used up valuable team hours has become a streamlined workflow that frees the staff to focus on higher-value work. This project is a clear example of how a single well-optimized process can unlock efficiency and consistency at scale.
